Level Lift is built to work without collecting personal information or uploading your videos.
The short version
Level Lift processes the videos you choose on your own iPhone or iPad. It does not upload your video or audio, create an account for you, show ads, use analytics, track you, or sell your information.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the Level Lift iPhone and iPad app. It does not automatically cover other pages or services on this website. If those services collect visitor information through cookies, analytics, forms, a newsletter, or another service, they need their own accurate privacy notice.
Information Level Lift collects
Level Lift does not collect personal information through the app. In particular, it does not collect your name, email address, account details, photos, videos, audio, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, location, or payment information.
The app has no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or cloud-processing service.
Videos and Photos access
You choose a video using Apple’s system photo picker. Level Lift processes that selected video on your device.
After processing, you can choose to save the new video to Photos. Level Lift asks for permission to add that new copy only when you ask it to save. You can also use the standard iOS share sheet to send or save the processed file elsewhere.
Level Lift does not edit, delete, upload, or otherwise share your original video.
How processing works
Level Lift analyses and normalises audio locally on your device. The processed video is created locally as a separate file. Temporary working files are used only to complete processing and are removed by the app when they are no longer needed.
Because Level Lift does not receive your videos or personal information, there is no server-side copy for Pat Carroll to access, retain, sell, or share.
Sharing
If you choose Share or save to Files, iOS shows its normal share sheet. The destination you select, such as Files, Messages, AirDrop, or another app, handles the shared copy under its own privacy practices. Level Lift does not control what another app or service does after you choose to share.
Support messages
If you email support, Pat Carroll receives the email address, message, and any other information you choose to include. This is used only to reply, investigate an issue, or consider feedback. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Please do not send a video or personal information unless it is genuinely needed to explain a problem. Support correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, or meet legal obligations. The email provider handles messages under its own privacy practices.
Advertising, tracking, and analytics
Level Lift does not contain advertising, third-party tracking, or analytics. It does not use your information for marketing and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Children’s privacy
Level Lift does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information through the app.
Your choices and controls
You decide which video, if any, to choose in Level Lift, and whether to save a new copy to Photos or share it. You can change Photos permission at any time in Settings > Apps > Level Lift > Photos.
As the app does not collect or retain personal information, there is no app account or stored personal profile to access, correct, or delete. If you have emailed support and want to ask about that correspondence, contact info@pcarroll.au.
Changes to this policy
If Level Lift’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before or when the change takes effect, and the effective date above will be revised. Material changes will also be reflected in the app’s App Store privacy information where required.
