Time Vials: Part 4 is the final instalment of the Time Vials series.
This one is perhaps the most ‘accessible’ of the four parts, centring around somewhat simple melodic material, rather than focusing so much on texture, space and density, as in the other parts.
I’ve been excited to share this one for a while. I remember hearing the pieces on the big system at Machine Hall, when I used them in an installation there in September 2025. I really felt like they closed the series quite well—a nice sense of ‘finality’ to them.
I hope you enjoy them and the other three parts.
